Tante Agastache was born of the vision and hard work of Lorraine Boury, a scientist with an artistic bent. Starting out as Lorraine's own business, the project grew into a full-fledged farm, with its own processing and direct sales facilities, in Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie in 2020. Summer 2022 marked a new milestone with the creation of an interpretation garden open to the public.
